Port handles record cargo of salt

V.O.Chidambaranar Port Trust has created a record in handling salt cargo. A total of 13,200 tonnes of salt was loaded in the vessel MV Great Gain at the sixth berth here on July 13, S.Natarajan, Chairman of the Port, said in a statement.
